AAGTS Board Meeting Schedule: Advancing Our Mission

The AAGTS Board is committed to effective leadership and strategic planning. To ensure the success of our initiatives, we'd like to share the upcoming Board Meeting schedule for the remainder of 2025.

Board Meeting Categories:

The AAGTS Board holds two distinct meeting categories throughout the year:

• General Board Meetings: These meetings address the details of AAGTS initiatives and programs, including event planning, membership engagement, and resource allocation. They provide a platform for Board Members to delve deeper into specific topics and ensure the organization's smooth operation.
  

• Executive Committee Meetings: The Executive Committee, a smaller board group, focuses on high-level strategic planning. They discuss AAGTS' long-term vision and goals, ensuring the organization's overall health and sustainability.

Important Note: Attendance at all AAGTS Board Meetings is restricted to Board Members and invited attendees only.

• Tuesday, February 11, 2025 (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM): Executive Committee Meeting

• Monday, March 10, 2025 (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM): General Board Meeting

• Monday, April 14, 2025 (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM): Executive Committee Meeting

• Monday, May 12, 2025 (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM): General Board Meeting

• Monday, June 9, 2025 (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM): Executive Committee Meeting
